However, there are answers to important questions in connection with the clarification of the delinquent´s motive, the establishment of well-founded hypotheses for the deed, or the determination of a delinquent´s whereabouts during a pending case.
By using modern criminological and sociological methods of operative case analysis our experts are in a position to give valuable indications for investigation via establishing a detailed criminal profile of the perpetrator, and to prepare valid strategic decisions.
Seen from the angle of prevention such knowledge can also be of importance as it allows prognoses with regard to future behaviour and conduct, and it furthermore makes possible a realistic estimation of relevant risk potentials.
