We process personal data that are collected at the occasion of calls on our website and observe the effective data protection regulations. 1. Data collection and processing at the occasion of access from the internet

If you visit our website our web server saves temporarily each access in a server log file. The following data will be collected and saved until their automatic deletion:

5. Announcement whether call was successful

The purpose of the processing of these data is to make the use of this website possible (connection establishment), to secure the system, to technically administer the infrastructure of the net, as well as to optimize the internet offers. The IP address will only be analysed in case of an attack to our net infrastructure. Personal user profiles will not be made. Personal data beyond the above-mentioned cases will not be processed unless you agree explicitly to a more extensive processing.


2. Use and transfer of personal data

Your personal data will only be used for the named purposes and in the extent necessary to reach these purposes. Personal data will only be passed on to state institutions and authorities within the scope of mandatory national legislation or if the transfer is necessary to assert legal rights or for criminal prosecution in case of attacks to our net infrastructure. A transfer to third parties due to other purposes will not take place.


3. Security

We apply technical and organisational security measures in order to protect your personal data that are administered by us against accidental or deliberate manipulations, loss, deletion, or against the access of unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved according to the technological development.


4. Waiving of cookies

Unlike other suppliers we deliberately do not use so-called “cookies” on our website. Most browsers accept cookies automatically in the basic setting, so in this case you do not have complete control which data can be collected by the supplier while you visit a website. Although cookies are mostly used to adjust and generally make more attractive the offer of information for each user, we consider it, especially as an information service provider who enjoys your special confidence, inappropriate to use this technology to collect data of all the same what kind.


5. Waiving of Google Analytics

Increasingly, websites use Google Analytics, an internet analysis tool of Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies that help the website to analyse how visitors use it. The information gained by the cookie about the use of this website (including your IP address) will be passed on to Google and stored on Google servers in the USA. Google uses this information to analyse how you use websites by sorting and compiling for their suppliers reports about activities on the websites and also renders other services with regard to website activities and use of the internet. In our company we made the decision that this kind of transfer of user data is contrary to our clients´ and website users´ interests in confidentiality. That is why we deliberately do not use this analysis tool or similar services.

Our websites can contain links to websites of other suppliers. Please note that this Data Protection Notice is exclusively valid for our websites. We have no influence on other suppliers and do not control their compliance with effective data protection regulations.


7. Right of access to personal data and contact data

You are entitled to information about the personal data that are stored about you, and you are also entitled to blocking and deletion.
